To be a sincere person. To understand my role in the project. Consider it, from consulting stage to after delivery, as one whole project. Lead everyone involved in to think that "I will do my best for this project".

Connection of trust makes connection of work. I try to trust everyone so that they can trust me too, and they can ask me for a job because it's me. That's why I believe that it's better to say things when I should say it and put up when I should do so.

Story and reason of joining Knot

I was very interested in their working styles in the first place, and the CEO Tanigawa asked me if I wanted to work with them at a very good timing, which made me respect him more and excited to work under him.
