What you value in your work

I always try to distinguish between the tasks that need "a quick response" and "time to think well". I would like to build a trust by respond quickly always, not to procrastinate even if I'm busy.

What kind of work do you want to do?

I want the people say "I want to leave this job to Oya-san!"(I hope it already is, though.) I'm doing my best to do a good job and make good results for that.

Story and reason of joining Knot

I joined Knot when the former company itself has been transferred to Knot. I skipped the so-called new employee trainings and I was clueless in many ways at the beginning, but I remember being relived that everyone kindly accepted me.
