I always try to enjoy working as I have to work anyways. I also want the members to feel as much fun as possible, but am I the only one who enjoys it?

What kind of work do you want to do?

A job that pleases clients and be appreciated. I think that pleasing clients is the most familiar social contribution activity while working. When they give me a word of appreciation, in addition to that, I couldn't be happier. I want to do a "comfortable job."
