First of all, I keep in mind to set the schedule.
Of course, we have to improve the quality as much as possible within the time allowed, but in addition to that, I try to be careful not to put too much burden on someone as we have many people involved in, such as designers and programmers.

A job that contributes someone's joy and happiness.
The projects I've been in charge, such as "Choco lab Kit-kat" and "Smile Bisco" are made for gift, so they fit my will and are definitely rewarding.

Story and reason of joining Knot

I joined Knot when the former company itself has been transferred to Knot, and it's been 5 years. Regarding the transfer of business, I remember moving in empty-handed at first because of the tremendous rush that took less than a month after the announcement.
