I think it's better to leave it to someone who is good at it if you don't know much about it and can't handle it.
However, it is our job to draw a result; how you express it, what kind of shape it is, and what kind of sound it makes, which we should never compromise.
I believe it's very important and awesome thing though it's the most difficult thing.

It's still one-sided, but I'm giving back to the people and things that have been involved with me.
I would never forget the events that gave me friends, the experience that moved me, and the people who raised me until now. From now on, wherever, and forever.

Story and reason of joining Knot

2015, winter.
"Wow, I got 3 job offers at the same time."
I quickly finished job-hunting in 2 months and a half.

I had lived a decent life for 22 years concentrating on soccer and had many friends.
When the companies asked the question "what in our company do you find it important to see when deciding to work with us?", my answer was always "people". Because what I am made up with, I think most of the part, was influence by people around me.
"I want to work for a company where lots of cool people are working."
"The reason I chose ad industry is that it looks cool!"
"Recently I'm into having lucid dreams."
"I was a chairman of the soccer club with over 100 members."
With these episodes, it was easy for me to pass through a second round of job interviews.

One day I was happened to know about Knot through a recruiter and invited for an orientation, then headed to the outskirts of Shibuya, founding myself in a wedding venue.
Though I was not interested in wedding industry at all, I nervously open the big white doors...
