What you value in your work

What the other person is thinking and demanding? If I were them, what would I think of the answer I gave? That's what I always think about. Also, I try not to be too optimistic about things, to be prepared to deal with problems at all times, and to build knowledge that can solve them.

What kind of work do you want to do?

To have confidence that is second to none in my work. It doesn't mean to get big-headed, however, it means to make efforts always. And I want to continue working to produce good results so that everyone can say, "Thanks to Ozawa!"

Story and reason of joining Knot

I met the CEO Tanigawa through our mutual friend. I gradually got attracted to him with his vitality and the warmth as a person, besides we were at the same age. At that time, I was a board member of a major entertainment agency in the management department, but I quit the company easily and joined as an founding member of Knot.
