What you value in your work

"Quality" and "profits" are also important, but the "result" is the most important after all. When I try to do my best to get to the right result, the quality, credibility and profits will follow naturally. I will continue to make efforts, improve my sense, and devote myself.

Nothing in particular.
Just support my clients to make their profits.
However, I don't think that something that could hurt someone would never produce profits as a result. I will do what I can do now by preparing to do my best in any situations.

Story and reason of joining Knot

I joined as a new-grad.
I was wondering whether I should work at so-called a "white company" or Knot that would be worth the work, I finally chose Knot because I easily get bored and wanted to do many different things. I was also attracted to their relatively free stance of working, when I heard the music playing in the office.
