What you value in your work

I think it important to just try it first and always think while moving. Although "efficiency" and "productivity improvement" have been called out recently, I am not a smart person in the first place. So I just try to do my best earnestly and politely without giving up not to be left behind in such a society.

What kind of work do you want to do?

To work on things that no one has experienced before. This is my new year's resolution every year. I am excited to work on things I've never experienced and make new discoveries, which could be anything like genre of project or industry of client. Also, I've begun to think I want to do something that supports society although I might be a very small help.

Story and reason of joining Knot

At that time, Knot was adopting an advanced discretionary work system and allowed free working styles, which is the reason I decided to work here.
