What you value in your work

I keep in mind "accurate understanding and look-ahead". What do they want to tell? What are they looking for? I want to be able to read their mind and respond to it as much as possible. On the other hand, I try to work efficiently and always manage the schedule as time is limited.

What kind of work do you want to do?

I want to do an advanced work. Knot has a wide range of business and I believe that what kind of project we deal with is all up to us. I want to devote myself to do "new and fun things."

Story and reason of joining Knot

A recruitment agency introduced Knot to me and was hired by mid-career. When I was wondering whether I should continue working as a graphic designer, become a web designer, or change career to totally different position, Knot proposed me the new position of "planner assistant". I was attracted to that they had the environment where I can challenge new things while taking advantage of my experience as a designer and I decided to join.
