What you value in your work

I think the most important thing is to make good communication with clients. I was once too conscious of explain things concisely and reduce catch balls with the clients, returning only straight balls, which eventually ignored their intentions and let to trouble.

What kind of work do you want to do?

I want to do a job that people will "like". If I answered what only the client wants, it's just "OK". It will grow to be "Like" when I add something that make them happy to it. So I want to work together with clients, not being self-satisfied.

Story and reason of joining Knot

The company I was working for got absorbed and merged by Knot. I was just lucky. ( Well, maybe I'm lucky. I just don't know other companies and I believe myself being lucky working at Knot.)
