To be puroposeful in my work. What kind of intention is there in one work, and where is it aimed? I this way, I believe that by constantly thinking about the "why", I'll develop the ability to think in line with the other person's feelings and the ability to excute backward calculations from the goal.

What kind of work do you want to do?

I'm going to work on expanding my values. I'm creating connections and touchpoints between people and people, and people and companies. I want to be involved not only in bright moments, such as new discoveries and encounters with others, but also in the moment when I find something small and enjoy it.

Story and reason of joining Knot

I joined Knot because I wanted to work in content planning. I was attracted to the gap between diligent effort and politeness in creativity, and decided to join the company because I thought it was a job where I could feel the most sense of accomplishment in creating one thing.
