I want to prioritize the consciousness of delivering "happiness" in this present moment to as many people as possible.
I believe that working in events involves delivering and spreading the "happiness" of clients to many people. While the job can be challenging at times, I want to maintain this mindset with remembering it.

I want to value connections with people as I go about my work.
The connections with clients and agencies, with collaborating organizations and colleagues, as well as with various individuals, contribute to producing good work and lead to new opportunities. I hope to create such a positive cycle.

Story and reason of joining Knot

At my previous job, I was also involved in event production, and by chance, I was approached by Knot.
While I was delighted to receive the offer, I honestly conveyed that I recognized my abilities and experience were very inexperienced. In response, I was told that it would be fine to gain experience here, which encouraged me to take on the challenge.
