What you value in your work

To see things from a wide perspective. As I tend to be overwhelmed when I'm in charge of a big project, I try to broaden my sight and see the overall flow. So that I can be aware which part is my scope and what cost it's taking.

What kind of work do you want to do?

Knot is a company where you can "make what you like a business", so I would like to gain various experiences and engage in things I like as a job. Specifically, I like the Tama River, so I definitely want to work on something to do with the Tama River.

Story and reason of joining Knot

Because it had free working style. I remember the seniors who interviewed me were cool and I admired them. I decided to join the company when I saw a ping-pong table in the meeting room at the end. The image I had has not changed yet, and I still think that this company is freedom.
